Low Vision Therapy
When vision needs can no longer be met with conventional methods like glasses, our Certified Low Vision Technician can demonstrate a variety of vision aids like magnifiers and telescopes that are available at our office.
We offer the latest in technology - like the "Acrobat" which uses a compact, high powered auto-focusing, rotating camera to capture images and display a magnified version of the images on a large computer screen. This has expanded applications for people who require vision enhancement because it can be used for near, distance and self viewing. It restores the ability to enjoy tasks like reading books or music, personal grooming, handwork, puzzles, letter or cheque writing - even playing cards.
