Dr. Cynthia Magarrell (Stephen)
Dr. Cynthia Stephen graduated from the School of Optometry at the University of Waterloo in 1999 and practiced in her hometown, Calgary, AB until she joined our practice in January 2001.
Dr. Stephen changed her name to Dr. Magarrell after her marriage to Eric Magarrell in December 2001.
Dr. Magarrell is a happy and enthusiastic health care provider and enjoys working with people of all ages. She strives to ensure her patients know that she cares about people, not just about eyes. She enjoys educating both patients and the public about their vision.
Dr. Magarrell is very active and loves running, biking, weight training, aerobics, hiking, rock climbing and skiing. On the quieter side she loves books, sewing and movies when there is time. Her active boys, Luke, Zach and Ty keep her very busy.
The family eagerly awaits the arrival of Nyah Simret, who will join the family from over-seas in Spring of 2010.
