Sonia Friesen

Optometric Assistant

Sonia Friesen is one of the first faces you might see coming into our office as she works as a front desk receptionist. She makes an effort to bring a smile to everyone’s faces with her cheerful and welcoming interactions. She is one of our newest additions to the team and she is very eager to learn all about the optometry world.

In her free time, she enjoys being outdoors, biking and hiking and especially if she can have a furry friend to tag along.

Fun fact: Sonia grew up on a farm where she used to walk to the bus before school with her two dogs, one cat and her pet cow, Joey.
